Consultation Policy

At Celeste, we are dedicated to providing a private, serene, and highly personalized experience for every guest. To maintain our boutique standards, all consultations are subject to the following policies:

 

1. The Complimentary Discovery Session

To celebrate the opening of our Redmond boutique, we are currently offering complimentary private consultations for a limited time. This session is an invitation to explore your hair goals, view our collections, and receive a professional assessment for your personal hair solution.

 

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

We value your time and our own. Because we operate strictly by appointment to ensure client privacy, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. This courtesy allows us to offer the appointment time to another guest on our waitlist.

 

3. Boutique Etiquette & Privacy

To maintain the tranquility of the boutique environment, we adhere to the following protocols:

• Arrival: Please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

• Guests: In the interest of maintaining a focused and intimate environment, we kindly ask that you limit your party to one additional guest.

4. Preparation for Your Session

To ensure the most accurate assessment during your consultation:

• Please arrive with your hair clean and styled as you typically wear it.

• Any information share regarding your hair history is voluntary and will be used solely to design your signature hair look. All details are kept strictly confidential.
